Our legacy of giving stretches back to 1969 when Mrs. T. Chase McPherson donated $18,700 to launch the Fort Lewis College Foundation. Half a century later, and with the support of other major benefactors, like the Sitter, Bradley, and Busby families, we're able to put more than $20 million in assets into providing scholarships, updating facilities and campus infrastructure, improving academic programs and supporting professional development opportunities for faculty and staff.
With all that FLC’s students, faculty, and alumni are accomplishing today, we must anticipate the needs of FLC’s future creators, adventurers, entrepreneurs, and problem-solvers.
Individually, we contribute to FLC today, making it sustainable for tomorrow. Together, we create an FLC to last forever.
Your investment in FLC’s infrastructure, academic programs, and research and scholarship opportunities leads to ensuring we are the Four Corners’ stronghold of academic excellence forever.
The FLC Office of Advancement supports the operations of the FLC Foundation and serves to engage alumni, friends, FLC families, corporations, and foundations in supporting Fort Lewis College. We work to secure gifts supporting current operations and endowments that help advance FLC’s mission.
