Springboard Fellowship

The Springboard Fellowship is a donor-funded program for career-driven students driven to jumpstart their post-college careers. The program launched in September 2022 and is a collaboration between FLC and Colorado Mesa University, with Wend Collective & Beacon Foundation funding.

During the inaugural Fellowship, 35 students from both institutions participated in nearly 150 hours of professional development workshops, trips, and events alongside mentors in their career paths.

"The best part of the program was seeing other career-driven students. We've created a support system of ambitious people constantly pushing to get interviews, jobs, and opportunities that will take us to the next level."
